NOTE THE YARN BASE FOR THIS ITEM IS IMPORTED. Random/space/spiral hand dyed by me using Australian-made Landscape heat-set acid dyes which under normal circumstances are light fast. Colourways come to you fast and ready to work up however some very dark colours e.g. those with a black component, may have some residual dye stock still lurking. You will see this on your hands as you work, but it will wash off you and after a couple of separate washes of your finished article, all will be good. Note that any residual colour bleed will not affect the actual finished hue of the yarn.
Hand dyed yarns are unique : my Lot number varies from single hanks to 400g, that is, they are dyed together, so be prepared for unique effects; I recommend using alternating hanks if constructing a larger item. For example, knit 2 rows from one and 2 rows from another to even out colour and prevent pooling - of course unless this is the effect you are after - the joys of hand dyed is the unexpected! Named colours may be reproduced from time to time, but may be substantially different in the distribution and depth of colour between Lots.
I attempt to reproduce colours accurately when photographing for your information however some colours do not image well. Every effort is made to describe the colours. Your monitor may also depict colours differently.
